Hello Alessandro, yes, I saw that document but I followed this other one 
instead because it's related to release 2:

ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/partners/oracle/EBSR12/Oracle_FMW11gR2_Forms_and_Reports_11.1.2.0.0_with_SLES11SP2GM_ReportV1.pdf

Anyway, these are just installation instructions. I managed (with a lot 
of pain) to successfully install the software, my problem is that I'm 
not able to start up the development evironmment.
