packet-writing with UDF on CD-RW

Hi the list,

First of all, I little browsed archives and Raoul's howto, but
unsuccessful :-(

My setup :

* kernel 2.6.17.6 (same on last 2.6.17.10) on i686 compiled by me with
udf & packet-writing support
(I don't use udev)
* udftools 1.0.0b3-11
* cdrecord 4:2.01+01a03-5
* ASUS DRW-1608P3S

Nota : burning CD & DVD works fine.
