After looking at all the dates on the docs I can find, that seems to
be the latest consensus.  However, having browsed through pktcdvd.c,
it would seem there are several acknowledgments of/facilities for -R
media, so again I ask - what lacks?  Additions to the pktcdvd driver,
userspace tools, or something else entirely?
