However, I replaced the stock drive because it was bad with a regular DVD-ROM drive. I could install a DVDBurner if I wanted. Still has no bearing on the fact that I can boot the 11.1 NET CD(and probably the DVD as well) and not the factory NET iso. OS X.4 doesn't even allow using the factory NET iso as a starup disk, so I'd have to venture that there's probably something wrong with the disk itself.
