I tried this on build 0004 but with no luck. I'll try to have another
look with 0006.

Acc. section 1 of this web site, all we need is the rather obtuse (to
me)

boot cd:,\\:tbxi

- this gave me an error (I failed to note the detail).

I also tried an external usb CD/DVD drive but with no better luck.
