Larry,

Thanks for the reminder about partitioning. I'm keen to try this out on 
my old G5, but I can't work out where the files are. Nothing obvious at 
http://software.opensuse.org nor http://download.opensuse.org/

So, please can someone tell me where the latest NET iso is available 
from? Also, where do we need to point the installation to for it to find 
PPC factory (or does it default to the appropriate place)? (Is this what 
Larry's final line is asking?)

Finally if I may a third question: I'm think it might be worth grabbing 
the entire repo with rsync? (not sure how big it is) - if so what is the 
URL?
