Habe mal eine kleine Bibliothek in C für den PIC16F84 geschrieben.
Weiß nicht ob dir das vielleicht weiterhilft.

Wenn du willst kann ich dir die Spezifikation des I2C Bus schicken
(~200 KB PDF).
