Perl: CSV->Array, wahlfreies löschen aus A rray

Hallo,

wie kann ich in Perl eine komplette CSV-Datei in ein Array, das Arrays 
enthÀlt, einlesen?

Jetzt möchte ich jeweils die erste Spalte nach einem Muster durchsuchen 
und wenn eine Übereinstimmung gefunden wurde die ganze Zeile aus dem 
Array löschen.
Geht so etwas? Wenn ja, wie?
