cross compiler verfügbar?

Ich möchte unter OSS 10.3-64Bit / gcc version 4.2.1gerne einen Cross-Compiler 
haben, der in der Lage ist, win32-Code zu erzeugen. Arbeite mich hier gerade 
durch "C++ GUI Programmierung mit QT3", und tät mir wünschen, meine Programme 
auf der selben Maschine sowohl für Linux, als auch für Windows übersetzen zu 
können. Gibt's sowas für OpenSuSE?
