Schon mal wie folgt versucht?

# osc wipebinaries --all home:dnh python-ReportLab
# osc rebuild home:dnh python-ReportLab


Wenn es auch nicht klappt, dann halt einfach mal das Package
wegsichern und einmal komplett enfernen. Danach nochmal neu anlegen.
# osc rdelete home:dnh python-ReportLab
