New package autoconf-archive

Anyone using Autoconf should check the package autoconf-archive I've just
checked into devel:tools:building (I'll try to add it to the distribution
when factory is open for new submissions again).  It is an archive of more
then 450 macros for GNU autoconf for various tasks.  It is licensed under
the GPL with a special clause that allows you to use the macros in
any kind of software WITHOUT placing the whole package under the GPL.

Jeder der Autoconf verwendet sollte sich das Paket autoconf-archive
anschauen, welches ich gerade in devel:tools:building eingecheckt habe (ich
werde versuchen, es nach factory abzugeben, sobald factory wieder
Neuaufnahmen zulässt). Autoconf-archive ist eine Sammlung von mehr als 450
Autoconf-Makros aus verschiedenen Bereichen. Es steht unter der GPL aber mit
einer besonderen Klausel, die die Verwendung in jeglicher Software erlaubt
OHNE das diese dann automatisch selber der GPL unterliegt.
