different destination address based on LDAP attribute ?

Hi. we are looking for a possibility to split our ftp users in two different groups taking different ways out of our network into the Internet. One of them should be able to connect to the firewall (and therefore the Internet) directly, while the others FTP data will have to be scanned for malware/virus. The most elegant solution would be to look for a certain attribute in LDAP and define the DestinationAdress depending on that Attribute. If that is not possible at all, does anyone see a different possibility, maybe depending on their source IP ? BTW: Is there any internal possibility of the ftp-proxy to use Antivirus scanners ?
