Following up to myself for the archive:

If you read the Documentation properly you'll find
that certain values like DestinationAddress, DestinationPort and others
are not only global configurable, per also on a per user base
and additionaly not only into the config file, but also requestable via
LDAP.

So, if you want to give certain users a different next hop, just insert a
new LDAP attribute DestinationAddress into their LDAP entry
with the value of the IP or the DNS name of the wanted next hop.

Alternatively, you add a paragraph like

[name_of_the_user]
DestinationAddress 10.0.0.99

for every user that needs a different next hop to your config file.

Thanks for Marius Tomaschweski for his patient support
and this great software!
