Following up to myself for the archive: If you read the Documentation properly you'll find that certain values like DestinationAddress, DestinationPort and others are not only global configurable, per also on a per user base and additionaly not only into the config file, but also requestable via LDAP. So, if you want to give certain users a different next hop, just insert a new LDAP attribute DestinationAddress into their LDAP entry with the value of the IP or the DNS name of the wanted next hop. Alternatively, you add a paragraph like [name_of_the_user] DestinationAddress 10.0.0.99 for every user that needs a different next hop to your config file.
