Koha 3.4.02: Date::ICal and SMS::Send Perl modules issues on openSUSE 11.4

I just already filled (upstream) bugs related to the issues:

Are those known problem on openSUSE?

I do not yet trying to reproduce it on clean install on another
computer, but I'll get you to know when it is done.
