What I suggest is get dhcpd working, or try another machine or a fresh
install on the same server where it works as intended and do a
Quickstart setup there. If the networking is right, and dhcpd works,
all the rest of the setup should work as advertised.

If the dhcpd does not work even on fresh install you can file bug
against it on bugzilla as there is nothing kiwi-ltsp can do about it.
