New package - openSIS

Hello everyone,
I have been really quiet for a long  time now.
It is because I have been working hard to get a new package ready for
the project.
I have been working with http://www.os4ed.com  to build a new Student
information System.
It isn't perfect , It is very usable, we could use some development
help, we are at eduforge. https://eduforge.org/projects/opensis/
I've put the package "openSIS" in the Education project , since this is
only my second package upload to the
Build Service, I welcome any suggestions or fixes to the spec file.
As always, I am more than grateful to Novell and it's employee's for
their help.
In particular Lars Vogdt,  who's dedication to this project has kept
everything moving.
