Theres are a few security and permissions adjustments to make before
this can be installed.
1) the firewall needs to allow local access to the postgresql port 5432
2) postgresql needs its pg_hba adjusted to " host all all trust "
3) postgresql needs the -i startup option for internet access.
4) the folder in which openSIS is located, i.e. /srv/www/opensis needs
chmod -R 777 opensis
