Yes. That repository is included in the official released versions on 
download.opensuse-education.org - and it should also be included if you 
install the package via "One-Click" install from software.o.o./search

Looks like the last one is really a bug - I'll update the package today, 
so you can try it again. But be warned: the package is not in a "final" 
state: means  there's a lot of work that needs to be done to get 
openadmin installed really smothly on openSUSE. If you like, you can 
help us getting it packaged right by reporting any bug you find here in 
the mailinglist.
