Hi tony,

That's actually my experience on my school

OLD

server: Ms Windows small business server 2003
clients: Win Xp professional
using AD domain

NEW

Server: SLES 11 (actually you can use openSUSE 11.1 ;) )
Clients: opensuse 11.1 / win xp professional
Using LDAP domain.

Actually the server works as LDAP/SAMBA server (means you can use same
login on win and linux too), FTP/HTTP/VNC/SSH server :)

if so let me now i'll link you to all step by step guides you need.
