gcc 3 and glibc binaries

Hello, I have Suse 7.3 installed in an Ultra 10. Suse 7.3 distribution comes with GCC 2.95, but I need something more recent. I tried to compile GCC 3.3, but without success after a week. Does any one know of a place where I can download GCC 3 and GLIBC 2.3.2 binaries? Thanks in advance.
