7.3 on Ultra1 - Data Access Error while booting CD1

Hello,

I have tried installing SuSE 7.3 Sparc on an Ultra1. First, the machine
froze while hardware detection (at "geo").
Friday, I installes Solaris 8 and had to upgrade OBP to 3.11 to make 64-Bit
operation available for Solaris 8.
Now, when I try to boot the first SuSE CD, I get a "Data Access Error"
directly after "uncompressing".

Does anyone have a clue what this is about and how to avoid it?
