-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi! I'm a newbie in SPARC hardware, but that didn't stop to try Suse 7.3 for Sparc :). After reading a few Howto's I was able to boot the CDROM. But (there's always one), after the kernel's boot, the install programa (YaSt 2) executes, an run a couple of tests.. One of them is a hardware test, that freeze at "ide.1.7".. I try sending kernel parameters, but is useless.... The hardware is a Enterprise 3500 with 2Gb RAM, 4 disk Sun 18Gb and a CDROM drive. Can anybody tell me, if that happen already... I don't know what else should I try... Thanx in advance! PD: The system is actually running Solaris 2.6. - -- .:: Pablo Niklas ::. .:: [email protected] ::. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Grafiti del dia // Today's Graffity // Graffity von heute: ... with liberty and justice for all ... who can afford it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8s29u18pXFOsyhMIRAp2UAJsHZntjiqMlEEgYzH6FcfjFOEeIHACeJyyI gVPBuuAolELQqut+asHCTAc= =MCbK -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
