If anybody managed to boot > with the 2.4.18pre4 kernel please let me now ! i run without any problem a 2.4.19-pre10, and previously a pre8. as far as i remember the pre8 was the first one where reiserfs worked again on sparc... so i couldn't test the other ones. i didn't change anything to initrd... still use the default one... i just copied the kernel and the System-map (called vmlinuz-2.4.19-pre10 and System.map-2.4.19-pre10) to /boot and configured /boot/silo.conf /Martin -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
