RE: Video mode for cg14 SX on ss20

Should have said, I've got a GDM-17E10 sun/sony monitor.

I have to make the desktop narrower to get aspect ratio correct. Is this a
horizontal frequency issue?

Excuse my ignorance, I'm no expert with screen modes and frequencies
