clock_probe failing on an attempt to install a tadpole ultrabook IIe

I am getting an error with a yast2 attempt at install. It claims
"clock_probe: Cannot find timer chip" right after the yast2 selection.

I will be trying yast1, but I am wondering if this is going to be an
issue.

Also, does anyone know of 'supported' cards (pcmcia or cardbus) for
10/100 networking for this laptop (for sparc SuSE 7.3)

Thanks.
