R: [suse-sparc] Networkcard problems SS5

I've been using Lance Netcard (10BaseT) under Suse 7.3 (on a SS5) connected to a 10/100 roper switch for about 3 months and.....no problems.

  I have installed Suse on my Sparcstation 5 and almost everything works fine accept for the network interface.

   

  It's a 10BaseT which is connected to a noname 10/100Mbits switch. Only the link led is burning on the switch but I cannot get the Ethernet interface to work.

  I have tried via DHCP or static IP. The link parameter for the networkcard in Openboot is True. Test net in openboot is correct but the card does not receive anything when I test with the command ' watch-net '. Can anybody tell me if the 10BaseT networkinterface works on 10/100Mbits switches? Any other tips are also very welcome.
