Hello, everyone.

I can't really speak for Yast2 on the Sparc platform as I'm still just
dipping my toes in the water there. But I have watched Yast2 in the x86
versions of SuSE move along in leaps and bounds in the the last three
versions I've used. SuSE has listened to the problems people have had since
the first version of Yast2, and the improvements have been terrific. I am
now as comfortable with Yast2 as I used to be with Yast from both a
usability standpoint and the functionality of it.

But until SuSE puts out a new version for the Sparc, we're not likely to see
these benefits on this platform.

Bye for now,
Stuart.

Ditto. I don't find all the same easy adminstration options in yast2 that I
find in yast.

Was this the intended design of yast2?
