Aah, but, with Sun's recent announcement that they won't be making their own
Linux distro but are instead going to support a couple of the major players,
you might see this situation change.

I don't expect another version on this platform.

In my company we have a huge number of Linux machines growing rapidly.
We discussed with a senior salesperson of SuSE our requests for SLES or
even the normal distribution for this platform.

The definitive answer was: there will be no more Sparc Distribution of SuSE.

We're very unhappy with this as will now change the distribution not
only for the Sparcs but also for the Intel platform which will cost SuSE
   very much income through SLES licenses ... ;-(
