(Since I'm doing more and more kernel hacking these days, I suppose I
should dig into ToI myself as a sort of long-term insurance policy,
since ToI *does* save me quite a lot of money in the long term and I
should in any case try to protect it against the Nigel-fell-under-a-bus
syndrome. I hope there aren't too terribly many tentacles.)
