Nope. If/when I apply fixes, I always backport them to all currently maintained trees. At the moment, this means they're applied all the way back to 2.6.28! I would be interested in knowing what people are using though. It takes disk space to keep all these trees. There's new git support in the works which will let you have one tree for everything more easily, but I used the same tags for all branches up to now, so I'll either have to rename them or drop those branches and start afresh.
