TuxOnIce 3.3 for Linux 3.4.

Hi all.

Please find attached a patch for Linux 3.4 kernels. I've just started 
preparing a 3.3 version, which will be uploaded (Lord willing) to the 
website in about 18 hours. This version fixes the memory freeing issue. 
Together with the fix for the -22 errors, I thought it was justification 
for bumping the version number.

The release will include support for kernels back to 3.0.

Not pushed to git yet as I'm about to go to bed, and haven't completed 
the backporting yet.
