TOI on 945GME fails...

Actually I am not 100% sure if the problem is Intel 945GME or not - on 
wakeup I am getting up to restoring atomic... and then system gets very 
frozen. So not much debugging can be done.

However on a very similar (hardware-wise) Eeepc with 915GM TOI wakeup 
works very nice.

Anybody has seen a similar problem?
Or anybody running on this video chipset without problems? That would 
have pointed that it is not a video problem ;-)
