I tried 3.5-rc7-tp520-toi-3.3+_1 which is db7539a7b290d970aa3a7a83cfb2212dde62efdf from tuxonice-head. According to kernel/power/tuxonice.h this is version 3.3 of TuxOnIce. Unfortunately I always get a corrupted tuxonice-userui display after resume and the machine appears to hang. I tried 4 times with one of those was a second attempt on the same image. I am now building a plain vanilla rc7 to see whether its a issue introduced in upstream kernel. This is on a ThinkPad T520 with Intel Sandybridge i5 with onboard graphics and Intel SSD 320 with the same config that worked just fine with the last TuxOnIce build which was config-3.5.0-rc4-tp520-toi-3.2.1+. Plain vanilla rc5 and rc6 worked as well. In case you are interested I can send you the kernel config.
