Compilation fails when all options are enabled

Will all patches, this was obtained with kernel 3.4 one, but this is
occurring since 2.6 times (not sure when exactly the regression was
included):

When running:
make allyesconfig

compilation dies with:
  LD      kernel/power/built-in.o
kernel/power/tuxonice_compress.o:(.discard+0x0): multiple definition of
`__pcpu_unique_contexts'
kernel/power/tuxonice_core.o:(.discard+0x4): first defined here
make[2]: *** [kernel/power/built-in.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [kernel/power] Error 2
make: *** [kernel] Error 2
