Hi, I used to have problems with programs segfaulting right after resume when I suspend my notebook to a swap partition or swap file. The only way to prevent the segfaults was cleaning the swap space using "swapoff -a; swapon - a" before suspending. This week I have tried creating a dedicated file to store the image [1] and there is no segfault anymore even when 1/3 of the swap file is occupied. I would like to know if someone else has a similar problem. I can live with the dedicated file but I am still wondering what could be causing the segfaults and if it is a problem in TOI or in the kernel.
