I've just fixed up the http://tuxonice.net/downloads/all directory and 
have uploaded new patches with the format:

http://tuxonice.net/downloads/all/tuxonice-for-linux-(Version)-(Year)-(Month)-(Date)[-DayVersion].patch.bz2

So you can now get:

http://tuxonice.net/downloads/all/tuxonice-for-linux-3.4-2012-10-23.patch.bz2

I've updated my script to automatically upload new versions as the git 
tree is updated.
