Unfortunately, TOI is broken for me on recent kernels.

I am also affected by the XFS bug reported a few month ago on this ML ("Adding set_freezable() to xfs_trans_ail.c breaks suspend to RAM").
Both 3.8.x & 3.9. Not sure about 3.7, which I wouldn't use anyway since audio is broken with this version.

I'm stuck with kernel 3.6.x which is somewhat working (about 1 oops per month when resuming, given that I do ~2 cycles per day).

(and suspend to ram is broken on my laptop with kernel < 3.7 ...)
