Hi.

I think the THP solution will be just to change 0 to FOLL_SPLIT in the 
last parameter of follow_page in prepare_image.c. I'll try to test that 
later this evening.

I've just fixed the XFS issue (pushed to git in 3.5/6/7/8/9/head).
