unable to patch kernel 3.13~rc6 with TOI

Dear list members,

I was trying to get TOI working on the above mentioned kernel but only
found tuxonice-for-linux-head-3.13.0-rc3-2013-12-09.patch.bz2 which
fails to apply. Looking at the git repository I found no commits since
some time, are they now stored elsewhere?
