Hi Nighel, thanks for explanation and suggestions. I'll enable KGDB and
disable UI to be able collect more useful info when it happens again.

Nvidia proprietary driver (I try latest available) is kernel module
compiled from userspace, but other drivers are all vanilla kernel
modules, nothing additional.
