I forgot to mention that you get the new key via the
tao-release-1.0-TL12.x86_64.rpm
so if you just
'yum update tao-release'
first, you should get the new (and old) keys to
/usr/share/doc/tao-release-1.0/
There is new
/usr/share/doc/tao-release-1.0/README.keys

Since Tao is developed by distributed developers who don't share the
same
signing key, you'll need to import multiple keys (with rpm --import
<keyname>)
in order to check the signatures on all updates. Here is the current
list
of keys approved for Tao Linux:
RPM-GPG-KEY-tao / gpg-pubkey-6d6abdc7-3fb8f1e8
key for David Parsley, the original maintainer. 5 year expiration
(life
of Tao Linux 1.0).
RPM-GPG-KEY-tao-pasi / gpg-pubkey-81407f67-40af5498
5 year key for Pasi Pirhonen, official Tao Linux backup maintainer.
RPM-GPG-KEY-tao.s390 / gpg-pubkey-48c3df9d-3fdf60bb
RPM-GPG-KEY-tao.x86_64 / (same)
Short term keys originally used for s390 & x86_64; may not be
needed
RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat / gpg-pubkey-db42a60e-37ea5438
Original Red Hat pubkey; some SRPMS may be signed with this
