Red Hat has adjusted the entitlements regularly but they only go so far
as to reflect what is *supported* in the RHEL releases. The sources
have remained available because the source is generally still GPL (or
other open source license).
I don't believe that GFS is shipping yet for RHEL 4 but I don't know
about the rest of the cluster pieces. As long as the sources appear in
the Red Hat source trees on their FTP server, I would expect Tao to
include them. Of course, I do not speak for David.
