I've just set up a fresh TAO-4 installation (using the U2 CDROM images). I'm running TAO4 on my main box too, but it was an upgrade from TAO-1, so it already had YUM set up. On the new installation, something is apparently missing, as attempting to run yum returns: # yum -y update Setting up Update Process Setting up repositories No Repositories Available to Set Up Reading repository metadata in from local files No Packages marked for Update/Obsoletion and I must admit I don't know how to set it up to use the default tao servers/mirrors. There USED to be a posting on taolinux.org about importing David's public key, but I can't find it anymore. Hints welcomed! :) Thanks --=20 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------= ---- .---- Fred Smith / =20 ( /__ ,__. __ __ / __ : / =20 / / / /__) / / /__) .+' Home: fredex-kv1ZBZ/[email protected]= =2Eus=20 / / (__ (___ (__(_ (___ / :__ 781-438-5= 471=20 -------------------------------- Jude 1:24,25 -----------------------------= ---- --9jxsPFA5p3P2qPhR Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFEb7/Lwkl39+p0CJ4RAuaiAJ92fwg8I7Z6cMsk1twAtKGKSq0TzgCdHos1 olmwaVH7l+Iw2RXOjCAsUwc= =fKC+ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --9jxsPFA5p3P2qPhR-- --===============8577631794279668845== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline _______________________________________________ Tao-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.taolinux.org/mailman/listinfo/tao-discuss --===============8577631794279668845==--
