Dear Friends,

I need package or program netcat. I download package netcat-0.7.1...srpm 
and I compiled, but  when I try to install, I have received follow message.

rpm -ivh netcat-0.7.1-1.i386.rpm
Preparing...                ########################################### 
[100%]
         file /usr/share/info/dir from install of netcat-0.7.1-1 
conflicts with file from package info-4.5-3
         file /usr/bin/nc from install of netcat-0.7.1-1 conflicts with 
file from package nc-1.10-18


How to solve the  problem ???
