Re: 3w-9xxx driver disk

Thanks for the disk!

I tried it on Tao Update 2. The disk loads bnut the installer reports that 
'No appropriate drivers have been found on the disk'.

Ok, so I chose to manually install the driver, chose 3w-9xxx from the 
list. When loading the driver it displays an error on the screen
'error 2 reading header : cpio : Bad magic'

When I look `under water' it says:
modules to insert 3w-9xxx
module(s) 3w-9xxx not found

I saw that recently an extensive howto was added on the 3-ware site on 
how to build a driver disk for RHEL / Fedora Core 2.

If all else fails I'll try building a disk again.
