dvd iso's

I have noticed three dvd iso's on the mirrors.  One is a 
mooch-i386-bin-dvd.iso at 1.8 gigs.
Then there is mooch-i386-dvd.iso at nearly 4 gigs.  What is the 
difference between the two?  The smaller dvd iso has a date of nov 1.
