I did BUY one NFroce3 board for the purpose to see how that works. That
is Some ASUS NFroce3 (not the 250GB chipset) which does have
dual.channel memory and 100Mbit/s forcedeth ethernet.

I did patch in the forcedeth on those *EC* kernels, but i have not been
able to verify beoynd the 'original 100Mbit/s versio' as i don't have
hardware. There are Gigabit support patches in too tho.

meaning that the unreleased U3-images for x86-64 should support that
board. You most propably need to boot it with 'linux noapic' tho. It's
just no working other way.

Those images should be under upi-incoming stucture and those _are_
incompatible with the Tao Updates structure and David finally refuced
totally on reorganixation of the tree (and me being as stuborn and
refuse to make new images).

The change being that there is tao-release-3AS...rpm which makes yum
look stuff under /tao-3AS-x86_64/ instead of the /tao-1.0-x86_64/

I don't think so, but i might be wrong (there are several reason tho
why that should noit even be remotely possible).


PS. I am middle of testing the device mapper patches for *EC* line of
kernels. Seem to be working just fine. I have to test more tho before
making it even public - evms2 that is (and maybe even dmraid etc. which
are able to map those software raid controllers under linux. Dunno
really yet).
