A little precision: we're trying to install Tao on top of VM

When you say first session you mean the first time you connect via telnet
or ssh ?

The file /tmp/dasd_ports contains :

DASD=101,102,103

Has anyone succeeded in installing Tao on a real iron (s390) ?
