No, just modify the instructions a tad.

Either get yum-2.2 for Tao-1 from contrib apparently and not testing, 
or get the src rpm of 2.2 for Tao-4 and rpmbuild --rebuild it. Then as 
redhat-logos and tao-logos conflict, remove tao-logos and install. 
Eventually you'll have to remove redhat-logos and replace it with 
tao-logos when they come out.
