USB 2.0/ Firewire pci card

Hi,

	I have a few servers that only have usb 1.1 connectors, so I
might want to put a usb 2.0 or firewire card in them to be able to use
an external hard drive with decent speed.  Anyone have tried that with
success?  What kind of cards/chipsets are supported?  I'm running tao 1
and I don't think I'll upgrade to 4 soon.
